An environmental refrigerant R407C gas absorbs and transfers the heat energy through a condensor system. The refrigerant in the Swimming Pool Heat Pump circulation system consists of a coil filled with a pressurised refrigerant liquid that absorbs heat and transforms it into a hot gas, the now cooled air discharges from the unit via the fan housing. This refrigerant gas is then forced through a compressor in the Heat Pump which, when condensed, intensifies the heat. This heated gas then passes through a heat exchanger where the heat from the gas is transferred to the pool water which is directed from the return pipe from the standard filter system into a tank which makes up the bulk of the heat exchanger.
